Real Estate Community
Credible real estate communities are few and far. In the current real estate atmosphere, there are a lot of guru organizations preying on new comers who has the hopes and dreams of becoming real estate investors. They are promising over night riches with their guru educational systems.
The “gurus” sells education in the forms of books, CDs, seminars and booth camps. They then send you on your way saying, “take action”, but how can you take action when they did not give you enough to act on. That’s like giving a brand new medical student a few books and a couple CDs on how to be a brain surgeon and then expect them to perform a successful brain surgery. Scary isn’t it?
We all know that would not be practical and the same applies for real estate investors. The recipe to true success at anything in life is education, hands on training, strong support, a good mentor and a community to lean on. I personally know that real estate is not just about reading a few books or listening to some CDs.
 Prior to finding this real estate community that am now a proud member, I too bought the guru education, $23,000 worth be exact.  I never closed a real estate deal from this investment. I was promised coaching, but can your coach be someone who is reading scripted responses from a book?  No, real estate cannot be taught in just theory.
Education, networking, partnership and constant mentoring and support are the foundation of our community and that’s what really set us apart from the “gurus”. We believe that working together and sharing knowledge in a real estate community not only provide us with greater opportunities to create future real estate partners and more successful ventures, but  it gives us the satisfaction of helping others, we live to “pay it forward”.
The government can’t fix the slowdown in the real estate market by themselves. Well if they can it will take and awful long time. They need real estate investors like you and I and all our real estate community members plus some to assist them with this enormous problem.
 Being a part of our real estate community not only gives you the opportunity to empower yourself, it gives you the ability to help others change their lives because you made the conscious choice to change your life first. It all begins with burning desire and a simple decision. Start by saying: I desire to, I intend to and I choose to!
If you are  new to the game of real estate investing, don’t strike out by “jumping in” with just what you read from a few books and CDs you got at a guru workshop. Surround yourself with a community of investor’s right here in your backward.  Where all our seasoned investors are willing to mentor you and split real estate deals with you while you are getting educated.
With our real estate community you learn much more than an average real estate group. When investing into real estate there is a right way and a wrong way. Learn the right way, for example you should always setup an entity to hold your real estate property, both for legal reasons such as lawsuits and its tax benefits.
 We have weekly meeting on Thursdays where our community come together to share their experience and best practices. There is also marketing side of our business, where members are getting the opportunity to earn while they learn about real estate. Learn how to earn an extra $10K-20K per month, working part-time while learning how to be a successful real estate investor.  As my mentor said, “you have no business buying properties if you don’t have cash flow coming in each month, what if…?”
